Article Processing Charges

The International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS) is committed to providing an open-access scholarly publishing platform without financial barriers for authors or readers. The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, editorial assessment, peer review, article processing, publication, or online access.

All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope. Editorial decisions are not influenced by financial considerations.

Article Submission Fee

Authors are not required to pay any fee when submitting a manuscript to IJELS. Initial editorial screening, similarity checking, manuscript administration, and peer-review processing are conducted free of charge.

Article Processing Charge

IJELS does not impose an Article Processing Charge (APC). Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are not required to pay editorial, copyediting, layout editing, digital publication, DOI registration, or online dissemination fees.

Reader Access

All published articles are immediately available to readers without subscription, registration, or access fees. Readers may access, read, download, and share articles in accordance with the journal’s open-access and licensing policies.

No Hidden Charges

IJELS does not impose hidden, additional, or mandatory charges at any stage of manuscript submission, peer review, revision, acceptance, production, or publication. Authors will not be asked to make payments through personal accounts or unauthorized parties.

Transparency Statement
IJELS applies a fully transparent no-fee publishing policy. There are no charges for authors or readers at any stage of the scholarly publishing process. Any future changes to this policy will be publicly announced on the journal website before becoming effective.
