Open Access Statement
The International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS) , published by PT. Intelektiva Global Nusantara, is a fully open-access scholarly journal. All published articles are made freely, immediately, and permanently available online without subscription fees, registration requirements, access charges, or embargo periods.
This policy is based on the principle that unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge supports wider dissemination, greater visibility, international collaboration, educational development, and the equitable exchange of research findings across institutions, countries, and communities.
Readers may access and reuse published content without requesting prior permission from the journal or publisher, provided that the applicable Creative Commons licensing conditions are followed.
Open Access Principles
IJELS supports the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and provides immediate access to scholarly literature without financial, legal, or technical barriers, except those required to maintain internet access and comply with the journal's licensing terms.

IJELS permits reputable search engines, repositories, indexing services, citation databases, preservation networks, and research software to crawl, index, harvest, store, analyze, and process published metadata and full-text content for lawful scholarly purposes.
No Embargo and No Reader Fees
- IJELS applies no embargo period.
- Articles become openly accessible immediately upon publication.
- Readers are not required to register or subscribe.
- Readers are not charged any fee to access, download, or reuse published content.
