The International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS), established in 2025 and published by PT. Intelektiva Global Nusantara, provides immediate open access to all of its published content. This means that all articles are freely available online without any subscription or access fees.

This journal follows the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes the unrestricted access and dissemination of scholarly research.
