Open Access Statement
The International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS) , published by PT. Intelektiva Global Nusantara, is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are made immediately and permanently available online without subscription fees, registration requirements, access charges, or embargo periods.
IJELS supports the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and the general open-access principles promoted by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). The journal is committed to removing financial, legal, and technical barriers that may restrict access to and lawful reuse of scholarly publications.
Authors retain copyright in their work and grant users the right to access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, index, analyze, and reuse published content in accordance with the applicable open license.
IJELS provides immediate open access to all published articles because the free availability of scholarly knowledge supports broader dissemination, international collaboration, research visibility, educational development, and the equitable exchange of knowledge.

License Conditions
Reuse of material published in IJELS must comply with the following conditions:

Copyright

Immediate Access and No Embargo
- IJELS applies no embargo period.
- Articles become openly accessible immediately upon publication.
- Users are not required to register or subscribe.

Indexing, Crawling, and Machine Access
IJELS permits reputable search engines, repositories, indexing services, citation databases, preservation networks, and scholarly software systems to crawl, harvest, index, store, analyze, and process published metadata and full-text content for lawful academic purposes.
