Focus and Scope

International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal established in 2025 and published by PT. Intelektiva Global Nusantara. This journal is committed to publishing high-quality articles resulting from empirical research, conceptual analysis, and literature reviews in the field of education. IJELS is published three times a year, in April, August, and December.

The journal covers a broad range of topics within the scope of education and learning, including but not limited to the following special sections:

Learning and Instruction: Contains theoretical and empirical studies on teaching and learning practices, instructional design, learning models, and classroom dynamics across all educational levels.

Educational Psychology: Focuses on research exploring the psychological aspects of learners, educators, learning environments, motivation, and cognitive development in educational settings.

Teacher Professional Education: Publishes original research on teacher training, professional development, pedagogical competencies, classroom practice, and the broader sociocultural context affecting teaching.

Issues and Trends in Education: Presents analytical, critical, and persuasive papers discussing current issues, challenges, and innovations in education, both locally and globally. This section welcomes position papers, reflective essays, and policy critiques.
