Authors who publish with the International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS) retain the copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing an article in IJELS, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and authorize the journal to publish, reproduce, archive, preserve, and disseminate the article as the official version of record.

Authors remain responsible for ensuring that all materials included in their manuscripts comply with applicable copyright regulations. Permission must be obtained for the use of copyrighted tables, figures, photographs, instruments, or other materials owned by third parties.

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 License, readers and other users are permitted to:

Attribution

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

Repository and Self-Archiving

IJELS permits authors to archive the submitted, accepted, or published version of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial scholarly platforms. Authors should include complete bibliographic information and a link to the officially published article on the IJELS website.

Third-Party Material

The Creative Commons license applies only to material for which the authors hold copyright or have obtained appropriate reuse permission. Third-party content that is excluded from the article's Creative Commons license must be clearly identified through an appropriate credit line or copyright notice.
