artificial intelligence
International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS), established in 2025 by PT. Intelektiva Global Nusantara, recognizes the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in academic writing and research. While AI can support scholarly work, its use must remain transparent, limited, and ethically responsible.
Authors are permitted to use AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or similar language models, only for minor assistance, including grammar improvement, language clarity, and reference formatting. However, AI-generated content must not exceed 15% of the overall manuscript.
- Generating original ideas, data interpretation, or conclusions.
- Writing substantial parts of the manuscript.
- Fabricating references or research data.
Authors are required to declare any AI-assisted tools used during manuscript preparation in the Acknowledgment section. Failure to disclose the use of AI tools, or misuse beyond the permitted 15% threshold, may result in manuscript rejection or retraction after publication.
This policy ensures the authenticity, accountability, and academic integrity of every article published in IJELS.
