Manuscript Template Adjustment in Accordance with Permendiktisaintek No. 9 of 2026
The Editorial Board of the International Journal of Education and Learning Studies (IJELS) announces an adjustment to the journal's manuscript template, effective starting Volume 2, Number 3 (2026). This adjustment is made in accordance with Permendiktisaintek Nomor 9 Tahun 2026, the Regulation of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the Accreditation of Scientific Journals.
As part of this adjustment, the ethical and transparency declaration statements—previously positioned at the front of the manuscript, prior to the introduction section—have been relocated to the back of the manuscript, following the conclusion and prior to the reference list. This repositioning aligns IJELS's manuscript structure with the format required under the new regulation.
The relocated statements have also been reviewed and refined as follows:
- Author Contributions – Describe each author’s contribution using the CRediT taxonomy.
- Funding Statement – Declare all research funding or state “This research received no external funding.”
- Ethical Statement – Provide ethics approval and informed consent details for studies involving human or animal participants, or state “Not applicable”.
- Data Availability Statement – Indicate where supporting data can be accessed or explain any restrictions.
- Declaration of Competing Interests – Declare any potential conflicts of interest or state “The authors declare no competing interests.”
- Generative AI Use Statement – Disclose any use of generative AI tools in the research or writing process, or state “Not applicable.”
This adjustment is part of IJELS's ongoing commitment to maintaining compliance with national regulatory standards and strengthening the journal's editorial quality, transparency, and international positioning.
Note for Authors: Authors preparing submissions for Volume 2, Number 3 (2026) and subsequent issues are requested to use the updated manuscript template and to place the required declaration statements at the end of the manuscript, in accordance with the revised guidelines above.
