Mengubah Hari Biasa Menjadi Budaya: Analisis Strategi Penguatan Program Selasa Bercerita Menjadi Jantung Literasi SDN Urangagung

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi penguatan Program Selasa Bercerita di SDN Urangagung dalam membangun budaya literasi sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal untuk memahami secara mendalam proses transformasi kegiatan literasi rutin menjadi budaya sekolah yang bermakna. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, serta orang tua yang terlibat dalam program. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik melalui tahapan open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama, yaitu: (1) internalisasi nilai literasi melalui pembiasaan naratif yang mendorong refleksi, empati, dan kepercayaan diri siswa; (2) sinergi komunitas sekolah yang memperkuat kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga dalam mendukung praktik literasi; serta (3) transformasi hari rutin menjadi ruang bermakna yang membentuk identitas dan budaya literasi sekolah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penguatan budaya literasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh program formal, tetapi juga oleh konsistensi pembiasaan, keterlibatan aktif berbagai pemangku kepentingan, serta pemaknaan bersama terhadap aktivitas literasi. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa kegiatan literasi berbasis rutinitas dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam membangun budaya literasi yang partisipatif, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar.
