Editor-in-Chief

The Editor-in-Chief leads the editorial process, ensures compliance with journal policies, supervises editorial quality, and makes the final decision regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection.

Managing and Section Editors

Managing and Section Editors coordinate manuscript screening, reviewer selection, editorial correspondence, revision monitoring, production preparation, and publication scheduling.

Editorial Board

Editorial Board members provide scholarly guidance, support policy development, contribute expertise, promote publication quality, and assist in strengthening the journal’s academic network.

Reviewers

Reviewers independently evaluate submitted manuscripts and provide objective, constructive, confidential, and evidence-based recommendations to support editorial decisions.

Online Editorial Workflow

 
1. Online Submission

Authors create an account, complete manuscript metadata, upload the manuscript and supporting documents, and confirm compliance with the submission checklist.

 
2. Editorial Screening

The editorial team examines the manuscript’s scope, originality, format, ethical compliance, completeness, language quality, and adherence to author guidelines.

 
3. Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass editorial screening are evaluated by qualified independent reviewers through the journal’s double-blind peer-review process.

 
4. Revision and Decision

Authors submit revisions and responses to reviewer comments. Editors evaluate the revised manuscript and issue an editorial decision based on its quality and compliance.

 
5. Copyediting and Production

Accepted manuscripts undergo language checking, copyediting, layout preparation, metadata verification, proofreading, DOI preparation, and final author approval.

Open Journal Systems Platform
