Focus and Scope
Intelektiva: Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal established in 2025 and published by PT. Intelektiva Global Nusantara. This journal is committed to publishing high-quality articles resulting from empirical research, conceptual analysis, and literature reviews in the field of primary/elementary school education. Intelektiva: Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar is published three times a year, in January, May, and September.
The journal focuses on issues related to elementary/primary education, including but not limited to the following special sections:
Learning and Instruction in Primary/Elementary Schools: Contains theoretical and empirical studies on teaching and learning practices, instructional design, learning models, and classroom dynamics specifically in elementary/primary school contexts.
Educational Psychology for Children: Focuses on research exploring psychological aspects of young learners, including motivation, socio-emotional development, cognitive growth, and learning environments in elementary/primary education.
Teacher Professional Development: Publishes original research on elementary teacher training, pedagogical competencies, professional development, and effective classroom practices in primary schools.
Issues and Innovations in Primary/Elementary Education: Presents analytical and critical papers discussing current issues, challenges, innovations, and best practices in elementary education, both locally and globally.
Educational Technology in Primary/Elementary Schools: Receives studies on the development and integration of digital tools, instructional media, gamification, and technology-enhanced strategies for improving literacy, numeracy, and other foundational skills in young learners.
Education Policy and Primary/Elementary School Development: Includes studies analyzing education policies, curriculum reforms, governance, and their implications for primary education systems.
Intelektiva: Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar welcomes submissions from academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers with the aim of fostering scholarly dialogue and contributing to the development of primary/elementary school education at both national and international levels.
